some、any 不按肯定疑问机械分配,few、a few、little、a little 还表达数量预期。

|---|---|---|---|
| the old house | the | old | house |
| my two English books | my two | English | books |
| some useful information | some | useful | information |
|---|---|---|
| 冠词 | a/an、the | 表示不定指称或可识别指称 |
| 指示限定词 | this、that、these、those | 指示语境中的对象 |
| 物主限定词 | my、your、his、her、its、our、their | 表示所属或关联 |
| 数量限定成分 | one、two、many、much、some、all 等 | 表示数目、数量或范围 |
比较 this book 与 This is mine.:前者 this 限定 book,后者 this 独立指称,传统教学称指示代词。 This is my book. / This book is mine.
其中 the 限定 teacher,整个 the teacher's 再限定 book;不能把它误读为 the 与所有格重叠限定同一个名词。
|---|---|---|
| 单数可数名词 | a/an、this、each、every、either 等 | a book;each student |
| 复数可数名词 | these、many、several、few、both 等 | several books;both students |
| 不可数名词 | much、little、a little 等 | much information;a little water |
| 复数可数或不可数名词 | some、any、all、most、enough 等 | some books;some water |
the、物主限定词等可配不同数和可数性的名词,如 the book、the books、the water。指示词 this/that 可配单数可数名词或不可数名词,these/those 配复数。
go to school、be elected captain
|---|---|---|
| 前位 | all、both、half | all the students;both my parents |
| 中心 | 冠词、指示词、物主词等 | the book;this book;my book |
| 后位 | 序数词、基数词及部分量词 | the first two chapters;my many friends |
- my book、the book 均可;my the book 不成立。
- this book、a book 均可;a this book 不成立。
- a friend of mine 可以,不能改成 a my friend。
the useful new book 中 useful、new 描写性质,the 决定指称。
| 量词 + of + 已限定的名词短语 | 在给定集合或总量中限定数量或比例 | most of the students;some of this water |
| 量词 + of + 宾格代词 | 从代词指向的集合中限定数量或比例 | some of them;each of us |
通常说 most students 或 most of the students,不说 most of students。every 不直接用于 every of them;应说 every student、each of them 或 every one of them。
all、both、half 在特定名词短语前可省 of:all (of) the books、both (of) my parents、half (of) the cake。代词前保留 of:all of them、both of us。
Each of the students has a book. 的主语中心是 each; Both of the students have a book.
few 与 little
| a few | 复数可数 | 有一些,强调存在 | A few students understood. |
| little | 不可数 | 很少,强调不足 | We have little time. |
| a little | 不可数 | 有一点,强调存在 | We have a little time. |
only a few 强调「仅有几个」,quite a few 通常表示「相当多」。little 还可作形容词表体积小,如 a little dog,与数量词 little water 需要区分。
日常肯定句常用 a lot of:many books / a lot of books;much time / a lot of time。
some 与 any
|---|---|---|
| 肯定存在 | I bought some apples.
| 中性询问 | Do you have any questions?
| 提议或请求 | Would you like some tea?
| 否定范围 | I don't have any questions.
| 条件环境 | If you need any help, call me.
| 自由选择 | Choose any book you like.
- Not all students agreed.(并非所有学生都同意。)
- No students agreed. / None of the students agreed.(没有学生同意。)
|---|---|---|
| Not all students agreed. |
| No students agreed. |
- 改正 my the two books。
There are
___seats left, so we can sit down. Would you like
___water? - 改正 most of students 和 every of them。
- Each of the answers is/are correct.
- Not all the answers are correct. All the answers are wrong.?
- my two books 或 the two books,取决于所要表达的指称;my 与 the 通常不能重叠占据中心限定位置。
- a few。
- some 更典型。
- most students 或 most of the students;each of them 或 every one of them。
- is。
